Another season underway good luck to all you goalkeepers out there

~~~~~

From 7th September we will have a new format to Saturday mornings. This should improve each session as the number of goalkeepers will be slightly less and all goalkeepers will be training around their own age group. Please see below for your training times.

09:00-09:45 U5 to U9

09:45-10:30 U10 to U11

10:30-11:15 U12-U16

11:15-12:00 elite goalkeepers by invitation only

Holiday time is nearly upon us so please take note that there will be no training on 16th, 23rd and 30th August.

Training is back on for 14th June when we will announce the goalkeeper of the month for May. See you there.

Keeper of the Month

This month will see two goalkeepers receive the award as it was not awarded for March.

Kepper of the Month

CW are please to announce that the first ever Keeper of the Month is Aidan Bishop of Chertsey Town FC U10's. This is a well deserved award for Aidan for his dedication at training. Well done mate keep it up.

Saturday 2nd February

Another great turnout this Saturday and a great performance put in by all. This is making it really hard for CW to pick the goalkeeper of the month. Keep it up boys only a few weeks to go until CW make his choice for goalkeeper of the month.

CW would like to say A BIG WELL DONE to Josh for being awarded Player of the Month for his team. Who said goalkeepers don't get rewarded. Well done Josh keep it up, CW.

Today we had a great turn out, in total over the two sessions we had 16 goalkeepers.

Jan 08.

This year we are going to award one goalkeeper Goalkeeper of the Month. The award will be based on attendance, punctuality, presentation, attitude, dedication to training and of course performance. So from this Saturday we will be looking for our Keeper of the Month which will be awarded every month and for the first time at the end of February. 

 

CW are pleased to announce that we will be having a new coach joining us for work experience at Littleton Recreation Ground from 26th January. So a big welcome to Lee who I'm sure lots of you already know. Lee is going to use these sessions to learn and gain experience towards his coaching certificates and it will also give the participants more coaching as Lee is a an experienced goalkeeper for his age.
